Our Business

We have been involved in some of the largest construction projects in the Bay Area.  These projects include but are not limited to:  The San Francisco War Memorial House; The US Customs House; SF International Airport; Chabot Observatory; Sacramento Federal Courthouse; Golden Gate Bridge; Haas Pavilion.

We are currently providing construction management services to several public works projects, assisted living facilities, apartments, and condominiums.

We are also currently providing litigation services to several school districts; private clients; and public works projects Statewide. 

We have several clients currently using our marketing services to obtain construction contracts and promote their business.

Who We Are

• Liane Garcia is a construction professional with 20 years of experience providing a wide variety of construction related services.
• Liane was previously Co-owner and Vice President of a local concrete construction company, and worked 10 years for one the Bay Areas largest construction companies.
• Liane is the former CA State President WCOE; National Vice President WCOE USA. 
• Liane was awarded a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.
